What are you going to do?

As a Security Specialist, you will play an important role in detecting, validating and resolving vulnerabilities. You are able to co-develop various Cloud environments and applications, focusing primarily on the security aspects. Besides fixing vulnerabilities, actively spreading security knowledge and awareness is an important part of the job. With presentations and training you help to increase the level of security knowledge within the organization of the customer. In addition, you will help translate various information security standards into technology, implement recommendations from penetration tests and the further development of Secure Dropzone and Hacklabs.

You are an enthusiastic Security Specialist with passion for your profession. You are a team player and take pleasure in sharing knowledge so that clients and colleagues can learn and grow from you, but also enjoy learning from others. You don't have a 9 to 5 mentality and take responsibilities. You are a demonstrable geek at heart and meet the following requirements:

• Minimum college level of work and thinking;
• Completed relevant ICT training;
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience as a Security Specialist, Cloud Engineer or Pentester;
• Good command of the Dutch and English languages;
• You have demonstrable knowledge with analyzing security issues;
• You have demonstrable knowledge with concepts such as virtualization, containerization, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code;
• Available for a minimum of 32 to 40 hours.
