What are you going to do?

As a Corporate Recruiter at Enshore, you are the link between talent and our job openings. You enjoy being in contact with people and guiding them to the next step in their career. You can find out from conversations and resumes what drives people and where their talents lie. 

No two days are the same. One day you're busy looking for suitable candidates, sifting through resumes and conducting interviews to discover who the best match is. The next day you're off to attend a recruitment event. You enjoy connecting with people and guiding them to the next step in their career.  

And of course, you always show up at the office with a smile and connect with colleagues. Because you know what's going on within Enshore, you can also communicate the culture well to applicants. 

About us

As a Corporate Recruiter you will join the HR team, in addition you will come up with creative ideas together with the marketing team to advertise vacancies and work with the account managers to find out where the needs are in the teams. Enshore supports managing, securing and optimizing business processes. From various focus areas, we deploy knowledge and technology to help our customers work more efficiently and securely.  

You recognize yourself in this

• You are energetic and enjoy approaching and enthusing people; 
• You are good at keeping an overview; you know exactly what needs to be done and when; 
• You are truly a people person and always up for a chat; 
• You have full command of the Dutch language and can express yourself well in English; 
• You have at least college level of thinking;  
• Experience in recruitment is a plus, but not necessary;

• Gross salary between €2,550 and €5,000, Based on 40 hours, depending on work experience and education;
