What are you going to do?

As an account manager, you are the customer's first point of contact; you ensure that everything around the service runs smoothly. You work closely with your team to help customers in the best possible way. You will have the freedom to give your own interpretation to your role, always keeping control and calm. Reliability and analytical skills are essential; you can separate main issues from peripheral issues and put team and client interests above your own. 

You strive to build long-term relationships and ensure that both the client and the team are satisfied.

• You have at least 1 year of relevant work experience as an account manager or similar;  
• You have at least college or university level of thinking;  
• You have full command of the Dutch language and can express yourself well in English; 
• You are passionate about maintaining and building business relationships;

• You have an interest in IT;
