Why did you choose Enshore?
Before joining Enshore, I completed the Master's in Computing Science at the RUG and was already working as a Software Developer at a wind turbine company. I got to know Enshore during the Beta Business Days. In Enshore 's presentation I immediately noticed a relaxed atmosphere, it was not just about meeting deadlines, but about getting the best out of it. I also noticed this during the job interviews and it really appealed to me.
What are your duties within Enshore?
I work at Enshore as a Fullstack Software Developer. I make sure on the front-end that tools are user-friendly and on the back-end that functionalities work properly. Right now, I'm mostly working on Logspect, a tool that helps healthcare facilities check that staff are not looking at records without a valid reason.

Why did you choose Enshore?
In Poland, I completed my bachelor's degree in Nano Technology. After that I worked in the hospitality industry for a long time, but I knew I was pursuing a career in IT. I was looking for a traineeship, because it is an effective way to make a career switch. I came across Enshore's ERP traineeship through friends. I liked the idea that you can learn through the traineeship and then continue working at Enshore. In addition, there really is a personal approach, it is possible to grow and develop in every way possible.
What do you do within Enshore?
I took the ERP traineeship and found it very interesting! You had a lot to deal with, but there was also room to process it. You do not have to be able to do everything at once, it is about absorbing everything and then trying to figure it out. In addition, I liked following the traineeship together with another trainee. This reassures me that someone else does not understand everything at once either and you can figure things out together. I am currently working for a customer, helping them solve technical problems. Whenever an error pops out I am trying to fix it.

Why did you choose Enshore?
After completing my bachelor's degree in Communications, I didn't really know what I wanted, but I did know that my passion was in content creation. I enjoy being creative and telling stories. That is why I decided to follow the Master Content & Media Strategy at NHL Stenden. After my master I started looking for a job. It was most important to me that I could express my creativity in my work. In my search I came across Enshore. During my studies I already did an internship at an IT company, so I knew how much you can learn in this industry. The position of Content Marketer at Enshore appealed to me because of the activities, which are very creative. Also because of the working environment that Enshore offers its employees, you get a lot of freedom to organize your work so that you can do your job the best way. That radiates confidence to the employees.
