We are celebrating our 15th anniversary this year! And what do you go through in that time? From one company to a family of companies! New offices, logos and clients. We've seen nominations come along and our Enshorians become co-owners. All in all, time for a look back. We take you from the founding to our anniversary celebration!
Jeroen and Aschwin are founding Enshore! Our focus: ERP services for Oracle ERP with consultants and developers. The service focuses entirely on support, because we noticed that many implementation parties see this as a subsection of the implementation, while it is at least as important as the implementation itself!
The adventure began with clients we still serve, such as MCX administration services and municipality of The Hague. We are forever proud of this partnership!
Did you know... Enshore is derived from “offshore” and “ensure. Our goal is to provide a high-quality alternative to off and nearshoring of IT services, ensuring business technology continuity. With our service, companies should benefit from a team that feels like experienced and highly skilled colleagues, but without the complexity of bringing and keeping them in-house themselves. So real knowledge and expertise, close to home in your own language, that you can easily scale up and down.
Functionality that doesn't exist we make ourselves! That happens best in a close-knit team. What exactly does our development team do? It balances between technology and magic. In any case, they ensure that modern technology is used to further automate business processes over and above the standard possibilities.

The old logo was a representation of the Dutch coastline, a nod to the “shore” in our name. But it was time for a new simple, recognizable and unique logo that symbolized our culture. It became a drop, with round, friendly shapes that represents our flexibility, our ability to move with the flow of change, with in it 3 stripes that symbolize the E of Enshore and stand for our core characteristics:
It was never the goal of the founders to become the highest boss. Therefore, a certificate system was introduced in 2021, offering 1/3 of the shares to the approximately 40 employees. All employees in the group can still buy certificates with this system and become co-owners of Enshore!
You don't guarantee the security and continuity of IT systems by adding a security module. Information security must be included in the core of a system and all processes of an organization. This is why we founded Nestor Security in 2021. By combining the knowledge of our security consultants, functional administrators and developers, we ensure that security is applied to our customers from the ground up.
On to the farm! Because our office at Hotel Meerwold was no longer adequate, we started looking for premises where we could work with more Enshorians. We were looking for a more inspiring environment, inviting to meet and learn from each other.
And we found it. In this farmhouse from the 19th century! A little apart, and so really something for us! A beautiful and nice place to call our new home.
Our developers were increasingly being asked to test our clients' security levels. As these tests became increasingly complex, we decided to partner with Warpnet. Eventually, this led to the acquisition of Warpnet.
Warpnet is an established player in the market with ethical hackers and experienced pentesters, and in terms of culture they fit in perfectly with the Enshore family!
Oude wegen kruisen elkaar! Met een oud-collega van Jeroen raken we aan de praat over het succes van Enshore op het gebied van ERP, en het gemis van eenzelfde soort dienstverlening voor Salesforce CRM. En zo is GoSoniq ontstaan! Salesforce support gebouwd op de formule van Enshore ERP en met de kennis en ervaring van Spire van Cronos.
The success of our development team is increasing. With more and more large projects and clients of our own, it's time to stand on our own two feet! With the flagship product being Logspect. An application with which we monitor access to patient records. Our ambition: to guarantee the privacy of all patient data in the Netherlands!
Enshore, Nestor, GoSoniq, Warpnet and Enshore Development are all separate companies. And that's intentional. Each company consists of a self-managing team that earns its own identity and must be able to operate on its own. But we also work together a lot and these same standards and values. That's why we created the Enshore Group. This way everyone can exercise their own strengths, but our customers and ourselves benefit from what we stand for together!
Warpnet rented an office space in an industrial area and GoSoniq used the office farm on Paterswoldseweg. So it was time for a new place! We found a nice space centrally in Haren in the old Rabobank office. That it used to be a bank can still be seen from the vault, which now serves as a consultation room!
Nice bonus: the chats we were able to have with vacationers who thought they were coming to us to withdraw money 😉
In 2023, Enshore was one of ten nominees for the Groninger Entrepreneur Award. This nomination confirmed that we are indeed doing well and we are proud of that! Full of confidence, we look to the future, determined to not only be nominated next time, but to emerge as a winner!
Back to the present: Enshore 15 years! Of course, there is only one way to celebrate: glitter, glamour and the best disco hits! We hoisted ourselves up in the most spectacular outfits. Wide legs, glittering dresses and the most beautiful headgear, it all passed by on the dance floor. An amazing evening with too many impressions to contain! Luckily we still have the pictures 😉
